Combined with the diet is effective the use of the so called “detox”, those juice which purify the organism because rich in vitamins, antioxidants and minerals. It is recommended to drink them preferably mid-morning, when the body is more receptive, for one or two weeks in order to obtain the best results.

DEPURATIVE CUCUMBER JUICE
2 celery stalks, 1 cucumber, 5 leaves of spinach.
The effect is enhanced by celery cucumber, great to refresh and cleanse the body, in addition to spinach, foods rich in vitamin C and folic acid.
2 cucumbers, a handful of olives, 2 carrots, few basil leaves.
Chop the basil finely and add it at the end of the preparation, to be able to better assimilate the beneficial properties. This centrifuge is ideal to prevent and delay the signs of aging, because are able to activate cell renewal.
1 cup of berries, a dozen of strawberries and 4 goji berries.
Blackberries, blueberries, currants, wild strawberries, raspberries are all rich in flavonoids, powerful antioxidants that help protect the body against damage caused by free radicals, while goji berries are a source of vitamin C, phosphorus, copper, zinc, iron, beta-carotene and manganese. These juices detoxifies the liver, counteract free radicals and improve intestinal function.
